She is a a 500 Hour Certified Baptiste Teacher and has trained hundreds of yoga teachers all over the world.

Shelley is a kale-smoothie-drinking, goal-smashing junkie, activist and entrepreneur. She believes in inclusivity, diversity, and authenticity as the building blocks of strong community. She is committed to building community and empowering people wherever she goes. Shelley lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and badass dog, Holli the Lab, and she believes in magic.
