Fred King is an interesting guy. I've known him since 1990 but he started dealing in Native American material back in 1967.  He's one of the earliest individuals to have had a Native American art gallery in San Francisco. It's interesting to hear about the early days and what it was like to be in the bay area back then participating in both the music and art scenes.

When it comes to music and movies specifically, Fred is quite erudite - plus, he loves early British motorcycles. It shows you the type of people that go into our business. People that have a wide array of interests.

Even though Fred could have done a lot of things in his life professionally, whether it was the music industry or showbiz in general, he chose to stick with Native American art. He knows a lot about the art and the industry, especially Navajo textiles. So very interesting interview with one of the earliest players in our business, Fred King.
