Building Inspectors in Florida and an insider secret to finding that lost Fed Ex package

There are a lot of good building inspectors out there. However there is at least one electrical inspector in Florida is phoning it in. We will discuss how waiting lists for new homes can make it hard for homeowners to check brand new homes to see if it was build correctly when the builder wont allow a home inspector in the building before closing.

Eric G had some parts coming from his house that were built to order and somehow got lost in transit. In our investigation in what happened we found some secrets that helped us eventually locate the package even after Fed-Ex said it was lost and to contact the shipper.
