A popular professor at Arizona State University could face discipline—all because he won’t take the government-run school’s discriminatory DEI training. 

The Goldwater Institute sued ASU on Dr. Owen Anderson’s behalf for using taxpayer funds to mandate DEI training among faculty—in violation of state law.
