Today we talk about how owning a home can be lonely and steps you can take to make sure you do not get stuck in your home with nothing to do. We also kill all rumors about how the media claims we might be heading for a crash. This is wrong. We have a incredible market and it is going to keep growing.

We also discussed the fact that ANB has set up a new rule(or talking about it) banning people associated with hate Groups or terrorist groups from renting. Make sure you stay involved.

Finally when picking a lender it is important to use QUALIFIED LENDERS that will get the job done. While there are many great lenders out there, you have to watch out for the ones that will kill your business.
