Josh Rubin is a New Yorker horrified by the events taking place at the U.S.-Mexican border of children being separated from their parents as they arrive to seek asylum. He came to Texas to see it for himself, and decided to stay in Tornillo. He lives in an RV parked across from a children's detention camp to observe the daily operation of a facility that may be housing more than 1,700 children. To see what Rubin witnesses daily and other updates, join the Facebook group Witness: Tornillo.
