Reading Joshua 7:1-26 (NLT) ~ Scripture reading followed by discussion. Israel won Jericho by the LORD’s hand, and now without the LORD’s help they were defeated when it looked like they should have easily won. Joshua blaming the LORD, and the LORD revealing the truth. One man’s choice caused the whole people group to be guilty of sin. The choice to turn away from God and live selfishly. Even though they have made it to the promised land, the sin problem is still not solved. The LORD is the real treasure in life.
