Jayson Gaddis is a global leader in relationship education. He is the founder of The Relationship School and the author of the new book Getting To Zero - How to Work Through Conflict in Your High-Stakes Relationships. He is also an outdoor enthusiast and podcaster. He lives in Boulder Colorado with his wife and two children. In this episode, we talk about his book, it's lessons and how they have landed in me as I've read it. He illuminates some sticky areas I had in my thinking, some old patterns that were running.
