We’re back on the road this evening to bring y’all another great conversation with a hooper that made a major contribution to the game of basketball! This outstanding hooper is a Columbus, Ohio native where he played his high school basketball at Brookhaven High School! Becoming a standout hooper and quickly making a name for himself he went on to garner a full basketball scholarship to play in the Big Ten for Penn State University! As a freshman, this hooper hit the ground running as he averaged 11 points and 6 rebounds a game and was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman team and was also named 2005-2006 Big Ten Rookie Of The Year! A four year starter as a Ninty Lion, he averaged double figure scoring for his entire collegiate career! To culminate a successful run, Penn State went on to win the 2009 NIT and this hooper was named MVP of the tournament! After an illustrious playing career at Penn State, this brother went on to play a season in the NBA G-League for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants before embarking on an international playing career in the Philippines, Mexico, Korea, and Uruguay! In 2012 he was awarded the Bobby Parks PBA Best Import of the Conference as he led his team to its first championship! Tap in for Ep. 77 as we chop it up with Ohio great Jamelle Cornley! Great conversation ahead, don’t miss it!
