Hey friends! Hope everyone is staying safe and cared for. This week we're doing a little chat about body positivity and radical self-love. Using Sonya Renee Taylor's bold and brilliant book The Body Is Not An Apology as an entry point into our conversation, we have a frank chat about body-shaming, the differences between self-love and self-acceptance, modes of healing, unlearning self-hate, and how a framework of love could maybe just change the world. As we all hunker down, slow our lifestyles, and experience increasing isolation in quarantine, Sonya's message of love and self-compassion was one we wanted to lift up, and we hope our conversation brings some comfort, lightness, and hope to our listeners as well!

As always, big thanks to Paul who edits our audio to make our voices sound a lil less janky. We <3 U.
