Happy Saturday beautiful people.  Amanda here. Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving? It's also Season 2 Episode 21 of Appalachian Vibes.

This week North Carolina singer-songwriter Travis Shallow talks about growing through addiction, We learn of the unspoken language between the guitarist and keyboardist of Raonoke, Virginia’s James Lageaux Band and Radar Rose is SW Virginia's Darling with a history encompassing 30 years of touring and songwriting in the Appalachian region.And  Nicholas Edward Williams is the creator of American Songcatcher and we get a preview of the show airing on Chattanooga public radio station.

James Lagueux is a zany 3 piece with the center folks being the guitarist and bassist, James Lagueux and his keyboard player, James Epperly. They are intuitive and leave the listener in a trance of sounds and poly rhythms.
