This week we had the pleasure of having Senthil Padmanabhan, VP and Technical Fellow at eBay, where he leads the user experience and developer activity engineering. 
In this episode, Senthil shares with us why he started "Speed" and its goal of significantly improving the performance of eBay's, both mobile web and native applications. Senthil will also share some lessons about the work they are doing at eBay, what metrics should we consider as more important when the goal is to improve our app performance, and then takes us through a journey of tons of minor optimizations that, when put together, can have very significant results on performance and overall user experience.
