The transfer rules could be changing in a big way in college athletics within the next two years. Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports reported last week the Big Ten athletic directors are planning to put forth a proposal that would allow all college athletes to transfer once without sitting out a season. That would be a major change in the sports of football and basketball. Dodd joins AP’s Ralph Russo to talk about how college sports got to a place where an idea once thought to be too radical is now being endorsed by the Big Ten. Also, how can there be more parity in college football? Plus, did anybody who covers college football see this coming from Patrick Mahomes?
