Olivia Breen of Wales caused the shock of the night in the opening final of the first evening session of athletics in the new Alexander Stadium, as in the final race Hannah Cockroft achieved again what she, and the rest of us were anticipating - a Commonwealth gold!
Adam Peaty showed what a true champion he is in and out of the swimming pool as he won gold in the 50m Breaststroke.
We also have the two Team England superstars from the gym, review the thrills and spills in the Velodrome and hear from a new Commonwealth record holder!
