More history has been made at the Beijing Winter Olympics - with Northampton based Jamaican Benjamin Alexander competing in alpine skiing.
Despite really poor weather conditions, he made it to the end of two runs of the Giant Slalom when 50% entrants fell. He may have been the lowest ranked in the end and more than a minute behind Marco Odermatt of Switzerland who took the gold, but as Benjamin told Michael that's not the whole story...
