The countdown to the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics is really getting going...
UK Sport is confident Great Britain and NI will finish in the top 5 of the Olympics and Paralympics medal table next year, and it's also targeting that for LA and Brisbane.
But as we visited Bisham Abbey, one of the UK Sport Institute bases in tis country, we also found out winning isn't enough, it has to be winning the right way, and why we should never call Paris 2024 a home games!
