This is Great British Bosses from Anything but Footy - the podcast that hears from the women and men who run British sport in this country.
As we start another new year, and a further focus on getting fit and healthy following the covid-19 pandemic, we catch up with Natalie Justice-Dearn, CEO of Rounders England, formerly of British Cycling, British Triathlon and the Birmingham Football Association.
Rounders is a sport that's played by more than a million people every year and in schools up and down the country, but Natalie tells us of her plans to increase participation further, a national league, and with England having its own women's team, the dream of getting the sport into the Commonwealth Games in the next decade!
