Also known as Project Grill Flame and Sun Streak, among other names, this government-funded program started in the early 1970s and would run for over 20 years until 1995. The project sought to investigate psychic phenomena (clairvoyance, precognition, or telepathy) for military and intelligence purposes, both foreign and domestic.
