Antlers & Hicks Man to Man Episode #1

I've had this on my heart for a while now.  A podcast aimed towards men....but that's all I knew.  I didn't know the name.  I didn't know the length.  I didn't know the exact content.  I just had it on my mind.  Last weekend while taking notes in church, every single bit of the unknown hit me all at once.  I quickly jotted it down and left it there in my notes.  Later when I came home, I wrote the script for it and recorded it. The first person to ever hear this was my oldest daughter, Addi.  She couldn't sleep so I put her to use.  It got her approval, which was huge.  
I later ran it past several friends, all from different backgrounds.  Again, approval.  Ready to go right?  Not quite.  I still had hesitation and I couldn't understand why.  Then this morning I realized that I hadn't ran it past Him and that's where the hesitation came from.  But see, that's the cool thing about God; sometimes you don't even have to ask Him and He'll still tell you what He thinks.  
This morning our pastor spoke on honor and talked about honoring things more than your family and how that can kill your relationships.  While driving home, I felt Him saying, "Alight Greg Hicks, I need you to take one more step out of your comfort zone.  You can do this."......So here we go.  
Also, you'll hear me mention Cameron Hanes in this podcast.  I like his style and I like his beliefs, there are however certain things about him that I don't agree with.  If you listen to this podcast, you'll hear why.  Maybe that's a future episode in the making.....Being able to have respect for someone and disagreeing with them at the same time.  
This may be a one and done thing, who knows.  Each Man to Man episode will be less than ten minutes long.  No music. No ads.  Just my thought on issues that men face today.
