Humans have two fewer chromosomes than chimps. And, as we’ve seen this week, that’s a big problem for evolutionists.

Humans have two fewer chromosomes than chimps. And, as we’ve seen this week, that’s a big problem for evolutionists. So, to explain it, they claim two chromosomes fused to become one.


Now, each chromosome has specific, repetitive DNA sequences typically found near the center of the chromosome—called a “centromere.” If two chromosomes fused to become one, we should find two of these centromeres in the supposed fused chromosome. One would be functional, and one would be useless.


But the supposed useless centromere doesn’t look like one and it has a gene inside it! Genes don’t exist in centromeres. So, those sequences aren’t a useless centromere.
