Have Pieces of the Ark Been Found?

Yesterday we looked at two supposed ark sites and learned they’re just geological formations. But what about other claims—like the one that beams from the ark have been found?

Here’s the story: one man said he found ark beams under the ice on Ararat. He brought a piece back with him. Was it from the ark?

Well, the wood was determined to be only about two thousand years old. And some members of the expedition say the man brought the wood on his way up the mountain.

Another team claimed to find an object that looked like blackened, petrified wood. But geologists believe it’s just a common rock formation.
