Just as some people want to add extra books to the Bible, many want to add extra teachings to the Bible.

This is Ken Ham, often interviewed on radio and TV on the Bible’s reliability.

This week we’ve been asking the question, “is the Bible enough or are we missing parts of it?” Well, the books offered as “missing” Scriptures simply don’t pass the test. They aren’t internally or biblically consistent, so they can’t be the Word of God.

You see, the book of Titus tells us that God cannot lie and since Scripture is “God-breathed” we know it will be consistent. We can trust everything it says.

Just as some people want to add extra books to the Bible, many want to add extra teachings to the Bible saying their experience or personal Word from the Lord is more important than what the Bible says. But God won’t contradict himself.

The Bible—it’s enough!
