Has someone ever told you they couldn’t trust the Bible because it’s full of contradictions? Many Christians don’t know how to answer. But here’s one way—ask them to name a contradiction. You’ll find most people can’t! They’re just repeating what they’ve heard.


Now, sometimes people will give an alleged contradiction. But it’s usually just something that sounds illogical to them. Something illogical isn’t a contradiction. Contradictions only happen when two opposing statements are both presented as truth in the same way.


There are no contradictions in the Bible. The examples given are usually easily explained by just looking at the context. But we’ll talk more about this next week.
