This topic, time travel, is completely out of my league, yet endlessly fascinates me. I imagine that the concept of time travel began the moment after someone uttered the statement: "I wish I would have...." Or, "I sure would have like to have been there for that." Or just expressing some kind of regret that one's behavior could or would be modified if given a second chance. Certainly the intelligence agencies and military would like the capability to see across time, it makes the fog of war far less uncertain.

Then there is simply the entertainment value of having been there, for what every great event in history one might want to visit, out of time.

These are just considerations of what if it's already been done? What are the ramifications if this is a perfected technology?
