Ep 83 Josee, the Tiger and the Fish | Swimming through a seas of Beasts

This week the class is going to the movies! I mean, our living rooms, but you get the idea! We cover the 1984 Japanese short story by author Seiko Tanabe, "Josee, the Tiger, and The Fish". This film was previously released back in 2020 and follows the story of Tsuneo, a college student who is working multiple jobs to achieve his dream of diving into other oceans in search of a certain fish, and Josee, a dreamer, who lives her life stuck in a wheelchair. This romantic comedy-drama film was animated by Studio Bones, who have animated other famous works such as "Mob Psycho, My Hero Academia, and Space Dandy".
