Noise-wise, India is one of the most polluted countries in the world. Data shows that some of the Indian cities have noise levels greater than 75 dB and in the peak traffic jam, the deafening sound of horns blowing can reach 100-120 dB. A normal human conversation is between 40-50 dB. This pollution is increasing day by day. In this podcast, Dr. Rajvanshi talks about the effects of noise pollution on our health and what can be done to curb it.
