Today I had the most inspiring interview with Karena Virginia. Karena is a healer, peace activist, author, mother, and Kundalini yoga instructor. While experiencing life-changing challenges in life, Karena found the most comfort in spirit and meditation. 

As a result, Karena discovered how to live authentically and speak her truth. Karena now helps others find healing and discover how to love themselves. She has made it her mission to encourage others to have the courage to work through their challenges.
