Jess and Andrew got the chance to pay off The Wheel with a viewing of Charlie Chaplin's 1940 film, "The Great Dictator". This important film has a beautiful transfer that can be seen on Filmstruck.com.
We also got the chance to see 1987's "Predator" on the big screen in advance of the sequel coming out this weekend. Judging from the critic's reviews of the new one, it's abysmal...and they're completely wrong about it. "The Predator" from writer/director Shane Black was a blast, one of the most fun gore fests to grace the screen in a long time. Disregard everything negative you're hearing about it, and just go see it for yourselves.
