Strong Like Water with Aundi Kobler

Author and trauma therapist- Aundi Kobler - joins the podcast today.

Aundi visits the podcast again and discusses her most recent book, "Strong Like Water", where she  discusses how we survive by being "the strong one".  She  shares  how hard it was to receive support when everyone recognizes that she “has it all together".

Aundi describes three types of strength and talks about the “flow of strength".  She helps us to understand the fluidity of strength and how all these parts are valid and accessible to us.  

Aundi describes discomfort being a holy thing; helping us to understand the difference between discomfort and harm.  There has to be some disruption for there to be growth.
