The brilliant drama/documentary podcast The Battersea Poltergeist has just completed its eight-part run on BBC Radio 4 (although a bonus ninth episode is due to be released in a couple of weeks), and it's also available on BBC Sounds and all the podcatchers.  Kirsty and Ian have been raving about it for weeks, and finally Stella and Dan are caught up and just as enthused about its brilliant mix of investigation and storytelling.

The show's writer and host, Danny Robins, was kind enough to give us an hour of his time for a fascinating chat about the inspirations behind the series, his status as a 'hopeful sceptic' and the impact of the show itself.  The first part of the chat is spoiler-free and there'll be a warning when spoilers are imminent.  We're confident that, if you haven't yet listened to The Battersea Poltergeist, after hearing Danny talk for just a few minutes, you'll be switching podcasts (temporarily, of course).

Following this there'll be a call from Howard in his now-traditional Bag of Death segment.
