Nicole’s Freedom Story

This conversation with Nicole Smithee really encouraged my heart and life!  I know it will do the same for you!  We covered so many different topics including: ministry life, infertility, miscarriage, bullying and so much more with the intention of reminding you that God is still good even in the trials of life, He is still there for you and loves you.  I felt this episode would be a great episode to come out during infertility awareness week.  I share a snippet of my infertility journey and give an example of how a pastor treated me with the utmost respect and concern during my first mother's day service after my hysterectomy in 2014.  It was an example of the way we need to handle this and other situations the people around us are going through.

Nicole lives in Manhattan with the love of her life, her husband, Ben, and spends a good chunk of her time on airplanes, traveling the world speaking at various conferences and events. Driven to see women maximize their potential, she is also a mentor, author, and blogger, and is frequently pounding away at her laptop creating content to inspire and empower others to live boldly and compassionately. She enjoys quality time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, being active and exploring, and Netflix-binging.
