In today's powerful episode, I talk with Chris Morris, the author of the newly released book “Resilient and Redeemed,” which hit the shelves this past Tuesday. Chris shares his deeply personal journey through depression, suicidal thoughts, and his transformation into a certified mental health coach. He discusses his mission to help churches better support individuals struggling with mental health issues, drawing from his own experiences and the profound encounters that changed his life.

We pray that this episode will be a jumping off point within the church and in your life when talking about mental health and suicidality. If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available by calling or texting 988.
