Louise Howells has worked in tech for over 20 years, and 10 of them have been spent in management and senior management positions.

Her own experiences of being a manager led her to start Leadership with Louise in 2023, where she offers courses, mentoring and coaching to new managers in order for them to gain more confidence in their role.

Since 2018, she has also been the Director of Riot and Rebel, a Manchester-based web agency, which she also co-founded.
