Matthew started his career as an intern and worked his way up to a supervisory position. Matthew shares a couple of badge stories related to DDACTS and a STAR report where he optimized data for strategic planning that helped reduced traffic accidents and improved public safety. Matthew is a champion for data and uses his influence and connections to promote effective usage of it. Matthew is currently the Law Enforcement Analyst Director in Schenectady, New York.
