Lauren explains how the leadership and management culture has adapted during the pandemic era, and how her team still cultivates a close bond despite everyone working in a different state, even before the pandemic. Lauren emphasizes the benefits of networking, and how the connections she made through professional associations like IACA and MACA have really helped her grow professionally and personally in her early days as an analyst. Lauren is currently a Senior Manager in the Public Safety Analysis section of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
