Jessica highlights her experience in her different positions, and how she ultimately decided on law enforcement analysis as her passion. She continued her professional development by obtaining the Certified Law Enforcement Analyst (CLEA) certificate through IACA along with further training through IACA, IALEIA, and the Tennessee Association of Law Enforcement Analysts (TALEA). Her badge story involves an investigation heavily utilizing social media to obtain crucial evidence that helped solve the case. Jessica provides feedback and guidance to aspiring analysts on how to keep hustling to achieve their career goals as well as her upcoming plans for progression. Jessica is currently a crime analyst with the Hamilton County (TN) Sheriff’s Office.
