Erika’s badge story involves an ankle bracelet and a homicide in a neighboring jurisdiction with her having the opportunity to testify. Erika provides her perspective on what makes an applicant stand out during an interview, then concludes with advice to aspiring analysts regarding training and the hiring process. Erika is currently a Crime Analyst III for the Akron Police Department.
