Description: We got another artist on our show this week! With over twenty years of law enforcement experience, Brook Segaard has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help analysts go above and beyond with their roles and functions. In this episode, Brook shares how she transitioned into an analyst from a dispatcher as well as her experience working as a forensic composite artist. Her badge story involves using predictive analysis for proactive policing as it relates to property crimes. Brook also shares how she prepared and became more comfortable in her role as a supervisor. Brook is currently the crime analysis supervisor at the Delaware County (OH) Sheriff's Office.
