Gen Nows, what the heck is up? We're back together again on this fine Thursday to talk about mood boards. We all hear terms like "envision yourself as your highest self and show up as them every day", "create an inspo board if you want to achieve your goals" or "you have to visualize it first before you achieve in real life". But what does any of it actually mean and does it actually work? Well, it all comes down to *visualization* and, essentially, yes it really will help you achieve your goals.

I provide evidence - both research-based and anecdotal - about why visualization works and how mood boards help you visualize, as well as give you some tips to get started. All my research is down below if you want to do some fact-checking yourself!
