Happy m'fcking Thursday, my loves! This week we're chatting with Meghan, a body image coach, who helps people gain a positive outlook on their body image and emphasizes the importance of ditching diet culture. She shares her story about how she had an unhealthy relationship with her body and food and how she started to heal those relationships, as well as important messages about body positivity (cough, cough - you shouldn't feel pressure to look a certain way or work out 24/7). As always, please do your own research and consult your own experts when it comes to diet and lifestyle changes - there's no one-size-fits-all approach!

In the beginning, I talk about some of my current reads and past faves (when am I not talking about books?). Here are the details:

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab (so beautifully written!)House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas (a little complex so far - but I'm getting into it!)
