Ash Monical has been a songwriter for over a decade. She spent years writing songs alone in her room and playing them for audiences around the world. Now she uses music as a healing catalyst through something called song healing.

Ash works closely with people in early substance abuse recovery, as well as those needing support through grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Along with song healing, Ash teaches and guides meditation, facilitates energy work, and helps people get back in touch with their love of self.
