Hey, it's Aditi, and welcome back to Kai Pan Aditi! Today, let's dive into something I'm quite passionate about—maintaining a positive and affirming space, especially when it comes to the content we consume. In this episode, I'm sharing the strict boundaries I've set around certain types of memes and videos that I avoid like the plague.

From workplace culture jokes to memes about scarcity or struggling relationships, if it's in the realm of lack or negativity, I steer clear. I believe what you think is what you attract, and I'm intentional about surrounding myself with positivity.

I discuss specific examples of memes and videos that don't resonate with me, from exaggerated complaints about mornings to content that makes light of financial struggles. My mantra is simple: I love my money, abundance, and a positive mindset, and I don't entertain anything that contradicts that.

Even on platforms like Pinterest, where content can vary widely, I share how I curate my feed to exclude anything that doesn't align with my positive mindset. Negativity might sell, but my goal is for positivity to outsell the negative.

Tune in as I explain why I don't affirm such content by liking, sharing, or commenting on it. Sometimes, our souls don't distinguish between what's real and what's not, and I'm committed to fostering an environment of positivity.

Remember, what you consume shapes your reality. Talk to you in the next episode! đŸŒŸ
