Nadine Tapia is the owner of Tapia Beauty Group, a certified benefit corporation founded to develop best-in-class consumer products and advise, invest, and consult in early-stage beauty and CPG companies in their efforts to incubate brands. Before launching her own beauty group, Nadine spent more than 20 years in the fragrance and beauty industry and held various senior-level roles, leading teams and positioning brands for growth. Nadine is also a member of the Salvation Army and Malibu Advisory Board and an executive board member and donor of the Horizons Scholars Program at her alma mater, Pepperdine University.
