Before launching her own beauty group, Nadine spent more than 20 years in the fragrance and beauty industry and held various senior-level roles, leading teams and positioning brands for growth. Nadine is also a member of the Salvation Army and Malibu Advisory Board and an executive board member and donor of the Horizons Scholars Program at her alma mater, Pepperdine University.
