Hour 1, segment 1:- Americanuck Radio was honored and delighted to once again have Tracey Wilson of the CCFR join the program.

Tracey dropped by to discuss new gun rules in Canada, and what it could possibly mean for the future of gun rights in Canada.

She starts of with a dissertation on the downward spiral of firearms rights in Canada over the years, especially with the Firearms Act of 1995.

From a registry installed, to a registry taken away, it's really been a huge tangle of confusion.

It seems that it is being made so difficult to purchase and own a firearm, that most people won't want to bother going through the jungle of red tape.

Tracey touches on the Harper government, and how their promised scrapping of the long gun registry was an absolute dud.

Then there's the present day.

Overnight, 1500 models and variants of restricted firearms were made prohibited.

This was done through an order in council,(OIC)which is similar to an executive order in the United States.

Mike and Tracy get into how the OIC came about, as well as how it was cooked up far ahead of its implementation.

The truth needs to come out about, and that's exactly what Tracey is striving toward with her tireless activism for Canadian gun owners.

The system is very broken, but it is strong individuals like Tracey who we should all be thankful for. She is navigating through an absolute mess for the good of so many.

Hour 1, segment 2:-The discussion with Tracey continues into segment 2.

She gets into the most recent news from the RCMP, which centers on the authorization to transport restricted or prohibited firearms.

This segment will no doubt be quite an eye opener for our American listeners, and must be listened to in order to be believed.

Canada is truly upside down world for gun owners. A needlessly complex mess.

Once a nation goes down this road,it's next to impossible to turn around. Tracey cautions American gun owners to take heed...which we better do!

Tracey gets into some of the absolutely disgusting and evil bile that has been directed at her, some of which originated from Canadian government officials.

She lays out the path for the future. Among other things, she cites a change in government as essential for the future of gun rights in Canada.

Hour 2, segment 1:- Mike gets into yet another clod who thinks he's a God. Mayor DeBlasio is taking away the vaccine carrot, and he now wants to use the stick.

All those that continue to follow him, including the Mayor, will eventually find themselves in a world of hurt.

The king is dead...long live the king?

A federal judge has finally settled a 10-year legal dispute under the Trademark’s Act about which Canadian barbecue product is the “King.”

“Although the parties’ respective goods are not identical, the likelihood of confusion may be heightened where the goods in issue are of such a nature that they are often used together,” wrote Justice Janet Fuhrer, of the Federal Court.

Fuhrer upheld the trademark of Kingsford Products Company of Oakland, California, owner of “Kingsford” brand briquettes first trademarked in Canada in 1953. The company was founded by timber baron Edward Kingsford of Woodstock, Ont.

A ten year old Elizabethton, Tennessee girl was lured to a neighbors home by being invited to come play. Instead, she was tortured and held captive by two teenagers for five hours — while their mother allegedly filmed the violence.
The mother of at least one of the girls, said to be 35-year-old Theresa Delgado, is accused of filming the torture and posting it to social media. She has not been arrested.

Law Enforcement Today reports, “the two teenage juveniles have been arrested, authorities have not yet arrested the mother who allegedly filmed the beating.” The report says that they have been charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Brittany O’Connell, the mother of ten-year-old Callie, wrote in a lengthy Facebook post — complete with horrifying photos — that the attack took place on July 19.

This is the demonic perversion, evil, and sickness that we all must face.

Mike gets deeper into this story, which goes beyond any mental illness.
