Every day, every minute, EVERY SECOND, the clock ticks closes and closer to kickoff in Brazil. With the opening match — and a massive chance for revenge — against Ghana just a few days over four months away, things are starting to get serious. More is seemingly etched in stone than we every thought possible. It’s a thought the incites both terror and delight without distinction.


With a “World Cup year” now officially upon us, it’s always nice to get the first game out of the way. Out of the way is probably the nicest thing you could say about the United States’ 2-0 victory over South Korea. But don’t worry, Steve Fogarty and myself are ready to discuss the game and everything else that happened in the first few weeks of February for US soccer on the Episode #14 (FOURTEEN) of “American Soccer Junkies.”
