On the latest episode of American Slacker the hosts are joined by podcaster, entrepreneur and owner of San Diego’s Cali Comfort BBQ,  Shawn Walchef. Shawn calls Cali Comfort the “Loudest BBQ joint on the Internet” because of the drive they have to be everywhere on social media. He talks about his podcast, Behind the Smoke, and how it has allowed him to talk with many people in and out of the restaurant business. He also gets into his lifelong connection to the NFL and the Chargers, being a part of the Pro Football’ Ultimate Fan Association and why sports bring people together.
