It Is Never Too Late.
Published on Mar 31, 2012
Quote given by Elder Jeffrey R. Holland in the Saturday Afternoon Session of General Conference on March 31, 2012 https://www.lds.org/youth?lang=eng
Guided Safely Home.
In 1939, the new battleship Bismarck launched from Hamburg, Germany. It was the most powerful vessel on the water and was considered unsinkable. But when a torpedo jammed its rudder, the Bismark lost its ability to steer to safety, away from the enemy. We live in a world full of conflict. Like that battleship, we will sink without a sense of direction. Jesus Christ provides that direction, and living His teachings will steer us safely home. What will you do to reach up and obtain heavenly help today? https://www.lds.org/youth?lang=eng
Dangerous Tides
Based on the talk, Trifle Not with Sacred Things by Elder Larry S. Kacher. The choices we make in this life greatly affect our eternal life. Are your decisions planted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ? https://www.lds.org/youth?lang=eng
Enemy Territory
Published on Jun 7, 2012
President Boyd K. Packer shares an experience in which he was protected during World War II by listening to a prompting from the Spirit and promises youth that they will be protected if they "heed the promptings that come from the Holy Ghost." https://www.lds.org/youth?lang=eng
Our Eternal Potential
Youth consider what distractions draw them away from following the Savior. https://www.lds.org/youth?lang=eng
A Secure Anchor
Just like rock climbing alone can be dangerous, living your life without the help of the Savior can have disastrous consequences. Elder Richard G. Scott teaches: "True, enduring happiness, with the accompanying strength, courage, and capacity to overcome the greatest difficulties, will come as you center your life in Jesus Christ. Obedience to His teachings provides a secure ascent in the journey of life." https://www.lds.org/youth?lang=eng
Repentance: A Joyful Choice
Elder Dale G. Renlund tells a childhood story of lighting a firecracker in the chapel right before church began. He relates his story to the joy of repentance.
