The Power of No

In todays episode I wanted to discuss the power behind our yes and no. In life we have to make plenty of choices big or small that make an impact on our future. So why do we feel the need to say yes to things we don't even want to be apart of ?  We discuss the two things we need in order to start down this road of "No" and how to put ourselves first to benefit our wellbeing. Having people pleasing tendencies myself, I know this can bring some value to someone having a hard time choosing No. 

This episode will be an introductory leading into part two diving deeper into this topic that I feel needs more coverage.
