Body Shaming Within Beauty Standards

In todays episode, we will be discussing Body Shaming in the Modeling Industry as well as day to day life. We're living in a current state of normalizing self deprecation which isn't a great foundation to be standing on when self esteem is low. I have found in myself that a lot of my body shame came from comparison and following model weight requirements starting out in this industry. I don't believe there is a mark we need to hit in order to be "beautiful" because beauty is not a cookie cutter person. We'll be discussing the stigma in health, the influence we receive to define beauty, and enjoying the process of aging.
