The first stage of trauma is denial. Tamara lived in denial of her own trauma for a great many years. When finally she started to acknowledge it, she'd already suffered from alcohol addiction, depression, suicidal fantasies, denial, and so much more. Memories of her early childhood manifested as things she thought others had told her they had witnessed. The truth shocked her - and forced her to dig deeper. Now Tamara lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and 2 perfect daughters. She works with other alcoholics in recovery, and she has a huge heart for sharing her journey of recovery, health and wellness with others. This interview will impact your life in ways unimaginable.
